Welcome! We anticipate over 1,000 International Seasonal Workers coming to Park City this winter. Some are coming on their own. Some have been recruited by area business or ski resorts. If you have been recruited by a local resort, please confirm their plans and provisions for you as one of their employees. They are primarily responsible to help their employees find suitable housing. Talk to their H.R.Director for assistance.

If, however, you are coming on a J1 Visa, or without securing a job before arriving, the resort or business for whom you work is in no way responsible for your housing needs. As an independent worker, you come at your own risk without any guarantee of adequate or affordable housing. Therefore, as much as you can, please plan ahead by confirming your housing in advance of your arrival. We cannot and will not be your rental agency in Park City. You alone are resonsible. Some seasonal workers last year came without confirming housing and had to leave early. We don't want that to happen to you! 

Please visit the Christian Center upon arrival so we can give you current market information.

  • We at the Christian Center are primarily recruiting rooms for rent in homes with families.
  • The primary rental listing for Park City is found at Mountainlands Community Housing Trust.
  • Additional listings are found at Craigs List and with the Park Record Newspaper in Park City. 
  • You may be limited to just two persons per room maximum in any given house.
  • With your permission, we will post your photo and housing application information at a few strategic locations around Park City to help us find housing leads. Check "yes" below if you wish us to do so. This is optional.
